8. Use of Google User Data
Coachpresso uses Google OAuth for login and securely accesses limited Google user data to improve your experience. Specifically:
Email, Name, and Profile Picture: Retrieved via Google Sign-In to create and personalize your Coachpresso account.
Google Calendar Access: With your permission, Coachpresso can create events in your Google Calendar on your behalf, such as scheduling coaching sessions.
This data is used only to provide Coachpresso's core services and is never shared with unauthorized third parties. We do not store your Google credentials. Access to Google services is governed by OAuth tokens and adheres to Google's API Services User Data Policy. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
